Harman Bawa Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 1988. Company was incorporated on 19th April 1988 registered with registrar of companies vide registration certificate no. 31394. Presently it is situated as Head Office at 50, NWA, Club Road, Punjabi Bagh Extn., New Delhi.

Our Dadra unit was set up by Shri G.S. Bawa as a proprietor in the financial year 1995-96 for the production of Insulating Varnish and Resin. Later on the properitory concern was taken over by the company on 1st Nov, 2001 by increasing in production capacity. One another production unit at Baddi was established by the company itself in the year 1999-2000 to produce Insulating Varnish and Resin. The company has established a laboratory at Bahadurgarh in the year 2001-2002 to maintain the high standard of its existing products, to further improve to quality of its products and also to have research on new products. We are having Laboratory and R & D Unit at Baddi(H.P).
